Day Sixteen of Adventures in Paradise!

Today was our third of four days at sea to reach Auckland. We did pretty much the same activities that we did yesterday, including, breakfast in the park cafe, lunch in the Windjammer, dinner in the dining room and bingo as well. We also had Sunday Catholic mass with Father David in the Colony Club (the ship's lounge). As we get farther and farther south, the weather has been cooling more and more. Today the high was only 68 degrees Fahrenheit with a wind chill in the upper 40's. For dinner tonight, I had Chicken Cordon Blu and mom had lamb chops. The entertainment tonight was the singer Jennifer Green, who sang all of Shirley Bassey's biggest hits. After the show, Royal Caribbean had their Love and Marriage Game Show. In this game, they took four married couples from the audience (Newlyweds, 5-25 yrs, 25-40 yrs, and over 40 years). Then just like the Newlywed game show, they asked pretty personal questions to the husbands and wives separately, and then they tried to match their answers with each other. The show was very entertaining and funny, and surprisingly, the newlywed couple won. After the show, mom and I headed back to the cabin for bed. That's it for today, stay tuned tomorrow for our last day at sea as we get closer and closer to Auckland, New Zealand.
Another beautiful but cold day on the Pacific Ocean.
